They had to, because of the format, unfortunately..

Am I Grooving you is a looong song, that took up the whole side of the vinyl EP.

I've ordered a New Barbs book which is due out later this year but has anyone got any info on the CD (and DVD?) release of the NYC show?

As I understand it, not all the CDs will have the bonus tracks.
There's a "limited edition" CD out there somewhere with the bonus tracks.
