Has anyone ordered anything from the Stones website? I constantly get emails of different specials being offered. I ordered somethings on December 3rd and here we are 5 days before Christmas and I'm told that the merchandise is on back order. Had I known there would be an issue receiving the order before the holidays I would obviously not put in an order. Just wondering if anyone else had an issue receiving an order.

Up tp six months delay. I cancelled the order then.

I have ordered several things at separate times and all have arrived very quickly. I'm in Washington State and was half expecting delays, but have been pleasantly surprised.

Same here. I ordered presents for Christmas 4 weeks ago and they are still not here. Not happy.

Well its about two days before Christmas. My order was made Dec 28. I just noticed I didn't get the 20% discount as advertised. 5 emails were sent and I haven't heard anything back.

Ordered the pajamas over a month ago when I first saw the advertisement in an email. Happened to check Paypal for something else when I noticed my payment was no longer pending. I guess this means it's finally in the mail? People have been complaining about their service since the VL tour to my memory. But once in a while they have been good for me.

If you're in the USA call them . I waited about 6 weeks last time I ordered something . My order had never been processed . They shipped the next day .

Yes - and not for the first time. They are consistent in one thing alone - i.e., proving that they can't organize a piss-up in a brewery. They advertise Christmas items and then when no sign of a Christmas order is forthcoming, they tell you there's been a delay in receiving stock from the supplier and so it won't arrive in time for Christmas. Ridiculous!

I ordered some stuff on the 50th anniversary tour & it took a real long time (months) to receive. To tell the truth, the shirts were disappointing quality wise especially considered the pricing was at the very top of the spectrum for that sort of thing. In contrast, I just ordered a Drive-by Truckers shirt on a flash sale. $15 & highest quality. Arrived in a matter of days. In the past Stones stuff has been very good. Evidently they are looking to increase the bottom line any way they can. It's a pity.

Hi Silver Dagger I am not from Liverpool. I'm actually from Connecticut USA. I live about 10 miles from where Keith lives in Weston, Ct. I misspelled merchandise. I just finished smoking a joint so I was stoned. Having said that. With all my bitching and moaning I got my order today. I hope everyone else gets their stuff soon. Merry Christmas everyone. Rock on! It's only Rock and roll but I like it!

I ordered a bunch of stuff that was on sale in January of this year, super reduced. I was pretty happy with most of it. The lanyard shirt is funky, sizing is not consistant on shirts. The mug handle cracked right away. I complained about it and was refunded no problem. The playing cards are cool, collector item. There was no delivery issues either. Must just be the holiday crush. Wait until January, hope they put stuff on sale again then.

For any of you gentlemen with deep pockets, this is definitely a cut above your run-of-the-mill Rolling Stones merchandise. But that lovely discreet lining comes with a hefty price tag...

I have made numerous purchases with the Stones shop,apart from a few minor delays I have had no problems.

I think the quality of some of the items has declined.I own all the leather jackets that have been made for the respective tours.The last couple ie 14 on fire,and Zip Code jackets have been made from poor quality soft leather with the main zip barely fit for purpose.

I might just give the Monacle stuff a miss.Gucci charging this price I might be tempted.

They should offer those 2000+ GBP Moncler puffa jackets in canary yellow - they're obviously inspired by this classic:
