Flashback: The Olympia Performance on Four Flicks

This is becoming a favorite. Rare tunes, and an intimacy that is absent from the other FF performances. Early reviews mentioned that Ronnie was "out of it". I don't agree at all --he was having a great time, and played well. His lap-steel on "No Expectations" was tasteful and perfect. Of course, I'm also partial to Darryl's killer solo on "Stray Cat Blues".
Of the three gigs represented on the DVD set, THIS is the one I wish I could've attended personally.
