Just picked up the remastered Aftermath
Why oh why have the boys never done this gem in the last 30yrs?
I know many of you have had it on your requests lists.
This is a song that is timeless. Its too bad it has not made it's way into setlist consideration.

been asking myself that question alot the last few years. would have worked perfectly with the soul-themed theatre shows on the last tour. killer, over-looked classic.

Your absolutely right.
Also was'nt it apart of the soundtrack for a Jane Fonda movie titled "Coming Home"about the Vietnam war.
Maybe the the neocons sould worry more about this than "Sweet Neocon"
Just a thought.
Someday we're all gonna need a ventilator.

I couldn't agree more. What about confessing the blues, around and around Mercy, mercy and ton of other songs from that 64-66 era. Must be too much work for them.

Maybe no one can play Brian's marimba notes!

Well, can you find any song in Stones catalog that is more pure POP than "Out Of time"? And it's @#$%& great song and still pure Stones; the way Jagger does that peculiar Tiii--iiime" with a nasty voice is just magic...

I wouldn't mind hearing it live, in fact it is a great idea.

What about Blue turns to Grey! That would be amazing on tour this time!

Out of Time is okay, but there are so many other 'gems' from the mid-60's era that are better (and that have also never been preformed live) . . .
