"We're gonna' do this one called Beast Of Burden". Like he's showing us something new.

Another one i've noticed recently is 'here we go' , which mick says during the songs, in order to say to the band (keith !) "we're going into the chorus, or verse now..."

A prime example being on the live licks version of neighbours.

Also, he is fond of the phrase "Thankyou very much... Thankyou kindly !!"
