chicago-city with no opener?

when will the chicago opening band be known? anyone got an inside scoop? are they waiting for rockstar inxs to announce a winner and open??? i need to know if i should even bother getting there in time to see the opener! anyone else frustrated? oh well, the greatest band on earth will be there .that's all that counts.

I hear you! I'm still waiting for them to announce the Giants Stadium opener in New York. Would be nice to make plans knowing who's opening up. Whats the holdup? Is it going to be someone really special? Someone so big they have to wait until the last moment to announce it? Jessica Simpson?

Haha! Jessica Simpson... What a disgrace that would be. I too am very curious about the Chicago opener. I'm taking 3 newbies with me to that show and they're all very stoked. I'm thinking Soldier Field will be a pretty huge show. I doubt they'll put someone weak on the bill.
