Sometimes a slide doesn't need a whole solo to tear me apart. When it comes in on this Lowell George tune all it takes is on or two notes to do the job. I think Lowell's electric slide tone was the best of the bunch, just amazing.

Speaking of Lowell, did you like that Robert Palmer record he produced - Sneakin' Sally Through The Alley? That trio of songs Sailin' Shoes, Hey Julia and Sneakin' Sally Through the Alley has long been a favorite medley for me.
