What should I call bv?

Hi. I was just hoping someone could tell me what the appropriate thing to call BV is in reference when talking on IORR. Some seem to call him by his real name, some call him "bv", others "BV". So, to all the other members (or bv himself if he's reading this), what would be appropriate for me to call him? Thanks.
Edit: Apologies, this probably should have had a "Semi-OT" label in the title

He'd most like it if you called him nothing at all- Do not bother him with pettiness.....

I didn't intend any pettiness or disrespect or anything like that with the question. I think most people on this site would agree that he is bound to pop up in conversations sometimes, and I just wanted to know what would be the best/most polite thing for me to call him.

Stones2000, I believe he posted a while back and said his name wasn't bv and that he should be called by his given name Bjornulf. I'm not sure if he was referring to meeting people at shows or mentioning him on posts here on the board, but since he signs all his posts with Bjornulf I think that would be a pretty safe bet.

Don't ask me how to pronounce it however because I don't have a clue. smoking smiley

Thank you! Bjornulf it is! I really appreciate the genuine answer. According to the all knowing Google Translate, it's pronounced "Bee-Your-Nuhlf"

I usually start out by saying My Way, then I modify it to Okay, your way, then we settle on Yahweh, and finally he seems happiest when I call him Lord. Deities are funny that way.

I am sure 'Mr Vik' would be well received.

That works. I've already gotten a recommendation for "Bjornulf", but, because he's an adult and I'm not, I guess it would be traditional to call him Mr Vik
