have seen both the Gin Blossoms and Spin Doctors in the last fews years...and enjoyed both concerts. also like August & Everything (Counting Crows) and most Black Crowes stuff. 
have seen them a few times too.
And yes Paulhanrahan...GB, SD & CC are pretty much what i remember from the 90s too.
