JJ Flash is the way to go...but doubt we'll get it again. It was interesting they used Thumb as an opener...this really is the only reason to hope for something other than a HUGE hit. HTW sounds about right...but would be one of my least favorite choices (just not a rockin' # to kick out the jams). Start Me Up is possible...but I doubt it.

BTW...would like to see Rambler dropped for Fingerprint File. This is an underrated song and only way to get it is to replace Rambler...but I do love Rambler...

hanns - you and I are on the same page. HTW will work just fine, folks. Warhorses work great in the opener slot...lesser known material does not. And One Hit sounded dreadful in '89 (then again - almost everything did that tour, IMO).

HTW just isn't rocking enough to be a great opener...but that doesn't mean they won't use it again...it is the most likely choice. I do find it silly that people are "100% sure of the opener"...that's just silly.

well i hope its honky tonk woman...but please play it like the studio version with keefs glorious guitar sound..not the loose elongated ramshackle they play on previous tours..make it punchy..i want keefs guitar to slice my head off sound.

Rough Justice would be great, but it might follow HTW. Probably need to warm up like with ADTL in 75.

I'd say Sympathy For The Devil would have a good shot at being the opener if it wasn't still going to be light out at the start of these concerts.It works better in the dark.

Bring back "Let It Rock", and follow it with "All Down the Line", and then "Rough Justice"--kick out the jams, motherf*ckers! (wink)

ADTD is just too rockin' for an opener...they could never live up to it the rest of the way...
