I attended (with other maybe 80 freaks) a Los Violadores show few months before they released their 1st LP. Great memories!

The Bangles in a tiny L.A. basement club that didn't even have a stage. The small audience just made a half-circle around them.

Gun's and Roses - they shared a rehearsal space in the San Fernando valley with us and we spent considerable time with them chasing guitar tones and other various stupifactants. Axl was always a bit of a whining dickhead but the other guys were pretty cool. They did have a big mirror in the rehearsal space and when it wasn't taken off the wall for obvious reasons, I recall they all spent considerable time fluffing their hair and primping in general. Ha! ACDC (pre Bon Scott) Festival Hall Melbourne winter 1974 (support act to Lou Reed) Friend shouted me the tickets for my 18th birthday
Also saw Skyhooks several times that year before they hit it big with Living in the 70's
