Actually both of those programs will record from ANY audio source, including those streams. Cubase is fantastic if you can work it well. I would suggest Soundforge (Sony owns it now, used to be Sonic Foundry's product) or Vegas Video 4 or later. Soundforge and Vegas Video are true 24 bit audio/video editing programs.

I only pray it will not be somehow a disappointment....
