They were $15.00 on the website in 2002 now they are sometimes on ebay.
I have seen them go for as low as $50.00 and as high as $225.00.
Most recently one sold for $119.00 and another for $175.00. [www.ebay.com]

About a year ago - it was one of my "holy grail" items that I'd wanted for ages and I was very happy to snag it @ ebay UK for under $25 (incl. overseas shipping) smiling smiley.

BTW, austrianstones - Excellent Stones room! I'd never seen the blimp and it is indeed very cool. Also love the neon sign. I always enjoy seeing pics of Stones decor - thanks for posting thumbs up

Only if you catch them on the fly or grab it after it bounces off someone's head or snag it on the rebound or grab it after it lands on the floor or you see one that no no one else noticed after the show or one of the band members places it your hand or you talk a roadie into handing you that pick that landed on the otehr side of the barricade or your girlfriend/wife comes running back with wide eyes and smiling as she gives the pick Kieth just gave her up on the front row or...

tl/dr YES

No man, picks are cool, maybe the best souvenir, depending on from whose hand it came.

Yeah picks are cool and useful because you can reuse 'em if your not too nostalgic about where they came from. They sure beat confetti which some folks here are known to collect....

I wonder if anyone has ever come away with any of Charlie's drumsticks? I've heard he meticulously places them on his snare drum head after the show, and has even returned to the stage to repeat the process or insure they are in place. Can't recall ever seeing him toss 'em into the crowd.

peace

Charlie has thrown sticks into the audience at least once at the 2003 Twickenham show.

I thought how great it could have been if they had butterfly-shaped white confetti for the Hyde Park shows. Would have definitely collected that.

If I'm remembering correctly, Charlie throws a stick to the crowd at the end of Sweet Summer Sun.

We were hanging with a Canadian on the Aussie tour, he caught 4 Charlie sticks on the tour. He had it down to a fine art.

I've seen Charlie throw sticks out a lot, he usually throws one to each side at the end of the show. He threw his B stage sticks out sometimes too when they had the B stage.

14 on Fire tour a Young lad from Toronto Canada ended up with three of Charlies drumsticks. One of them whacked a lady on the head and actually wounded her. I know the sticks are real as I saw them straight after the show being proudly but very tightly hung onto.

Would be a dream come true to have Charlie's drum stick. But I'm happy to say I have Keith's pick, caught it in Koln 1995 at the end of Sparks Will Fly. I compare the experience to winning the lottery. Still excites me when I think of it.

I agree 110%.

"Open 24 hours a day" caught in Toronto 1994
