The Stones don't cancel a show because of the weather, you can be sure of that.
Their stage roof stretches out further than last year anyway.

in a thunderstorm the stones, or any band, don't have a say. Its on local officials to make the call. Was at a show two summers back, huge strom rolls in...all done, proceed to your car, big storm coming. Band says "we have no choice, they are pulling the power on us either way, sorry, thanks for coming"

To pick-up your tickets, please go to the Lucky Dip Entrance at Ohio Stadium, located at Gate 24 on the East side of the stadium, off Turtle Park Place.

Seating locations are pulled at random. The line forms starting at 2:30pm - do not arrive early. Tickets will be issued starting at 3:30pm.

We will be using strict anti-scalper measures to ensure that these tickets go to Stones fans and don't end up on the resale market with wildly inflated prices. We appreciate your attention to the following, so that you have the best experience possible:

Your picture ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used to make the purchase are required for pick-up. You will not be permitted to pick up your tickets without these three (3) items.

You must pick-up your tickets and wristband in person, along with your guest. The gates to the venue will open at 6PM and the show begins promptly at 8PM. Please note there is no re-entry to the event.

If we suspect any reselling or transfer of these tickets they will be immediately voided and you will not be entitled to any refund.

If they are capable of this why don't they perform these same measures with all the other tickets too?! I find it somewhat hilarious that they are so concerned about the LD nosebleed seats while letting huge blocks of seats go to the resale market before the public has a chance at them. Talk about hypocritical!

Yes, those are good points. they let 90% of the tickets go on the inflated resale market, but they worry about these 5% of tickets? that's crazy. Also, what is to keep you from slipping off your wristband, and reselling it & your ticket in the parking lot?

Yes, they will start distributing tickets and wristbands at 3:30pm then you're free to go to what you want, the doors don't even open until 6pm. This is contrary to the original sales terms which said "Once you have the tickets in hand you will be escorted into the venue" Obviously AEG realized how many people they would have to process in such a short period of time that they are deciding to just wristband us and let us go free for a few hours. It will also allow people to trade lucky dips preshow although beware if you're swapping field tickets you might need a separate wristband.

Ticketmaster shows no tickets available. I thought they took orders all the way up until the show..?

I think I was here in Columbus last time in 1997, just after the Soldier Field opening shows. Great place to be, just have to see how the daylight looks like, I left Calif at 10am in the morning and arrived Columbus 11pm. Good to be three hours time zone wise closer to home. Also, it is warmer here in Columbus vs Calif. I will see tomorrow what is going on here, first work, then may be the Tim Ries show.

Cannot wait for this concert. It has been a long and cold hard winter, with taking care of my dad(stage IV, non-smoking lung cancer) and his passing. I did a kickass job of caring for him. It was pretty bad near the end, so my Stones concerts this summer are my way of rewarding myself.

Leaving Pittsburgh early Saturday morning. I have a pretty hot date for the weekend. Are there any places to shop that are around the stadium?

I think Heartbreaker will win anyway but I would love to hear how they play Shattered in 2015, if Mick can still sing it so fast.
Guess Moonlight Mile will still be the Ballad and that might be the reason Dead Flowers was under the vote-songs. Would be great if they always offer one Sticky-Fingers song for the voting, so that Sister Morphine or I got the blues also could voted in the setlist.
