First, that is not Larry David.
Second, Bill Prince at the Telegraph wrote a few nice pieces awhile back about Mick, Keith and Ronnie wearing Nike trainers on stage.
Third, Mick looks ready as usual.
Fourth, a question: seems to be leaving an hotel, thought Mick still had a place in NYC? Truck on Merc is open for luggage so it's not just a meeting.

Mick looks great!
Keith looks great!
They will average 2 shows per week.
Their rehearsals often go about 4 hours (with one break), 5 days a week for a couple weeks.
No reason they can't give us a 2 1/2 hour show.
Gumby, damnit!Quote

I have some Nikes similar to those...
They look like regular Nikes, much better than those big, bulky, high-rise orthopedic black ones he usually wears that make him look like Gumby.
For the record I like all Keith's shoes, except the ones he wore on the last tour with the Rolling Stones logo on the tongue. Yes, even the turquoise ones look good.Quote

I like the Nike trainers. Keith wears them on occasion as well. They look a lot better than those turquoise lace up slippers that Keith has been sporting lately!

a good lesson for everybody really-in the states its the worst.people saying things like you can/cant "get away" with wearing this or that..its like things reverted back to the 1950's.
keith had a great line about it a few years ago.he said"when i grew up everyone tried to be different, now everyone tries to be the same"
