Keith would not have noticed this twerp except that Bieber strolled in with his posse of low hanging pants guys. The room ooohed and aaahed as they walked in. So Keith took notice. He knew it was something but it might as well have been some little green men from Mars

This whole story is probably not true but it's fun to imagine the kid staining his Calvin Klein's had Keith pulled the shiv on him.
