I went to the Hollywood Bowl box office last night to pick up tickets for an event next week. The guy at the window told me that wristbands for Stones tickets will be distributed at the Bowl on Monday morning. He said that 10 windows will be open when tickets go on sale at 10 a.m.

I happen to live close to the Bowl. So I intend to get a wristband and then hope that gets me a spot in the front of the line. If my place in the queue is too far back, I'll rush home to try to purchase tickets on line when they go on sale.

I hate paying service fees for tickets. The beauty of buying tickets at the box office is that Ticketmaster doesn't get a cent from the sale.
