Imporant question regarding Philadelphia show 12 October

Sorry, I have post this question before, but no answer - is this show confirmed?
I'm a bit confused, since RSFC had apologized for a premature annonucement for selling, yet I have bought tickets from an established US broker that claims having "ticket in hands". But it didn't send it by now.
At first, since it listed this show, Ticketmaster seemed to sell tickets, but it happened when clicking on the link there was no selling Now it dispatches "currently not on sale" for this show.

Don't worry, Joker. The show is confirmed. But general-public tickets aren't on sale yet. Only venue presale.

You have to read the text on the IORR Tour dates pages:
"Those concerts marked CONFIRMED are officially confirmed."
