In no particular order, Midnight Rambler, Satisfaction, and Jumpin Jack Flash!
Just watched the PPV concert from New Jersey in December of 2012, and, as always, I am simply blown away whenever the Stones do any of "The Big Three." It's as if they travel back in time to the days of their youth and are young once again! It's their fountain of youth! Damn these guys are amazing!

Yes, I agree. I would add Street Fighting Man to that list. It's strange that they don't play it more often given how much they seem to enjoy playing it.
