So, I'm wondering-does this look like an official signature? I've uploaded the photos to a Stones fan site, linked below. Answer quickly, please! No returns after 6 more days!Quote
Bill,
Since I'm leaving the Stones - I hope you or Mark can take me place - Mick & the lads need you
"Willie"
If you're saying to do a Google search, I did. All that comes up is Bill's album 'Willie & The Poor Boys,' which is why I'm holding on to hope that this is a real signature.Quote

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?
I'm just quoting what it said when I clicked on your link.Quote

I'm asking if the signature looks like Mr. Wyman's handwriting. I think that, logically, it would be Bill writing to a Bill in 1990 at a book signing. The question is if he ever signs as 'Willie'.Quote

Your question is confusing. Is this supposed to be someone named Willie writing to Wyman in 1962 or is it Wyman calling himself Willie writing to someone named Bill in 1990?
In any event, it doesn't seem to be Wyman's handwriting. Below is an autograph sample for comparison.
