My wife and I are planning to Visit England in the Fall.
I want to see certain Rock and Roll sites, such as Brian Jones Grave Site, of course Abbey Road and that kinda stuff.
Can any of you have tell me some Stones related places?

I did this last time I went to Paris for Jim Morrison, saw where he lived, visited the bars he went to and all that, It was great. Now I want to do it Stones Style.

Thanks alot.
Adam

The best advice I can give you is that its called Autumn over here.

If you want Stones related sites, try Edith Grove in London, The Station Hotel in Richmand, Dartford Grammer School, Marquee Club, London School of Economics, Redlands, Sticky Fingers Cafe (is that still open?).....

The list is pretty endless really - just pick up any biography of the Stones and a London A to Z and you'll get the idea.

Thanks
I guess its time to break out all the Stones Books and start taking notes.

I don't guess Keith still owns Redlands does he?

And anyone know how to find Brians house, the A.A. Milne Estate? basically what town or county?
sorry if these are stupid questions.

Yes it's still open, my wife visited it last year for an over priced lunch.

Her desciption was, "you'd have loved it, it had guitars and stuff on the walls."

I went to Redlands about 9 years ago, just after Christmas.

Anita, Marlon and Angela were there and they let me take photos of the house & gardens. Very cool.

Check out www.backroadstouring.co.uk/BeatlesLondon.htm. I took this tour when I went to London in '03. Had a great time. They even take your picture while you cross Abbey Road. RnR London in general, not just Beatles stuff. 102 Edith Grove, and other Stones landmarks included.
