Are all the codes the same? Where is the code on outlet tics, I can't remember, (from last tour) but it's on there.

What code? If you are asking about the RS membership code. They are not accepting any until the presales are all done with. Not sure were the code is on the ticket. Go to www.rollingstones.com/GAT for more info...............

RS.com told me to use the ticket number on the ticket, but, there are lots of numbers, which one? In their email, they didn't mention waiting till presales were over, if so, that won't end till near the tour date.

you see a lot of numbers on these tickets you bought, right?
if you can find a number that looks like a ticket number - as opposed to a price or a row number or a seat number or a date - try entering it in the window on the page Pedro99 and i have given you: www.rollingstones.com/GAT
if there are several possible numbers, try all of them (one at a time!).
if none of them work, please write to fulfillment@rollingstones.com because those people are more appropriate people to keep asking than we are - it's their sacred duty to help you.

Are you sure the CODE is on the ticket? Once the transaction is complete the code is closed. All my stubs are buried (sealed) in the archives or I would look.
