I am so tempted to go to this show, if I can use my miles for the flight. But looking at the pictures of the venue, the layout doesn't seem very short-person-friendly. Right or wrong?

Yes, I know, but the height of the stage and the shallowness of the seating give me the impression that, one tall person in front of me and it's all over. Too risky to be worth crossing the Atlantic, anyway.

I've yet to have the nerve to wear them in public.

I'm just under five feet.
That's an excellent suggestion, MingSubu, but I suspect they would make dancing difficult. I do have some boots with enormous platform soles that I bought just for such occasions, but I've yet to have the nerve to wear them in public.

Just hoping they come back to the States as soon as they're done with the 2014 tour.

No Problem. Just post a picture of you wearing them, and we will tell you if it is OK

It´s indeed hard to talk about further shows and planning stuff right now, that´s true. But otherwise the pre-sale starts on thursday, if they won´t cancel the tour, so it´s certainly OK to discuss this stuff!
It would be nice to know where the seats are located on these venues! Is there something like a map for those shows, is "Stehplatz" in Berlin equal to the pit? Can´t be IMO, because it´s to cheap ....
