How occupied are you expecting the parkings around Zurich Oerlikon / Messe to be?

It's on a sunday, no rush hour, no parked cars of people who work in the city. I don't know if there is a fair at Messe Zurich.

The preparty, only a place to meet, no "show" or "programme", will be in the area of "Langstrasse", near to Langstar Hostel where Cristiano will stay at. Probably the "Stray Cat Bar". Only drinks, not eating. But at Langstrasse you will find take aways, restaurants or else. I will post the details within the next days.

I could not find a place in the stadium area. They all say that they have enough "costumers". They would not accept reservations (not even a few tables).

From "Militär/Langstrasse" bus station it's only 5 minutes from the preparty location to the stadium. Also if the bus would be too crowded there is another way to reach the Stadium in about 20 minutes.

With this bus line you also will reach the preparty area from "Central" (entrance to the old town) or "Main Station"

i will be at the show too! staying near the airport though as i have a 6:25am flight the day after the show ;( i will go to the stray cat bar too meet up with you all

Oh I thought nobody from IORR is joining apart from Cristiano and me. Of course we are about 10 "other" people (Stonestreff member, my godchild, my hair stylist...many of them with lucky dips)

I got Golden Circle tickets,
how long should I be waiting before doors opening to get a good site to see the show? (I know GC is just a good place).

A catwalk is suppossed to be set?

i just finalized my travel plans to zurich....but now that i think about it, i usually try to make pre-show gatherings when i have a seated ticket. with general admission, i get there before the gates open.....perhaps i'd be leaving for the show too early to meet up?

Door opening is 4 pm.

Stray Cat Bar is open from 2 pm.

But most people will be there 4.30 or so. BUT there are maybe some fans who like to be there earlier. It's only a meeting point not a party with a show or something like that.

I have GA too but I take it easy. Some of my friends even have to pick up lucky dips tickets. Like many swiss we are not in a hurry.

I will be at Stray Cat Bar for sure. I think I will get there about 2:30pm or earlier. This will be a great weekend.

No there is nobody today. Same problem here. The mother of my godchild did not receive the mail yet. But it's not one week before today... that's tomorrow.

@SwayStones: I will be at stray cat bar later 4 pm or 4.30. But it seems that many fans want to be there earlier. It's open from 2 pm. It's not a "show" there it's only a meeting point so everybody is free to go there at the time she/he likes or not.

But maybe I also join earlier if there are many people who choose to go there earlier. Problem is that the familiy of my godchild is also coming, but later. And I have some fans staying at my place for this weekend

Hi mariannerl and IORRs going to the Zurich show...
We will (and a few others) will be staying at the Crowne Plaza near the stadium - a few bars and restaurants at the hotel....

Any plans for the day/night before the show? We will be at the Hotel Adler that night - 2 minutes from the Hotel Alexander - so johnnythunders if you are around Sat night??

Of course you can walk. But it's about one hour(4,4 km)

I have no idea if the packages have an early entry included for GC, so they would be in front of you. But I am not sure about that.

I know there are Early Entry Tickets for "General Admission". I have a GA ticket and walk in probably an hour before show but I don't know because many people I am with have lucky dips. Maybe we have to be there earlier (usually I go to Letzigrund half an hour before show). The sound is excellent (best sound on place I think) on top of the stands in the gallery. Sound is not very good in the back (no bass) of GA.. in the middle it's okay, and on stands and in the front also. I prefer a good sound to a good sight (had retina detached ..double vision.. I watch to two bands...harr) if I am not GC (!!). In the gallery it's fun with people. Dancing and some kind of freedom there. People from houses watch from their balconies, roofs and windows. It has something special but my frieds think I am crazy.

Mailed to ticketcorner my questions regarding lucky dip instruction mail which we not yet received. They answered...I have to contact ABC Productions. So I did and I am waiting now for their answer.

I have a regular ticket. Some of my friends do have lucky dips. But we don't go so early to the stadium. I am not at 2 pm at stray cat bar, maybe at 3 or 4. But some of you might go there early.
