Sometimes I believe we're too hard on the back up singers. I think they do a great job and add to the quality of the performance. They allow Jagger to sing and not shout the lyrics...81 style. I, for one, hope they're on board.
Bernard made a CD with guitarist Stevie Salas, forming a band called Nicklebag in 1996; The title is 12 hits and a bump. Ronnie Wood, Darryl and Lisa were appearing on some tracks, and Ronnie even sketched an artwork.
There was Nickelbag's great cd as Doc mentioned (Ron does great slide on Led Zep's 'Hots On For Nowhere'), and in '97 a 2nd cd - a revision of the '12 Hits..." as the record co had gone under, w/ some different mixes & new songs, called 'Mas Feedback' - Tackhead was tres coool too, with Bernard on "Friendly As A Hand Greanade"('89) & "Strange Things" ('90) which also features Jagger on a Little Walter song.
