'So Young' - Piano Version

Looking thru/ the iTunes Store under The Rolling Stones/The Complete Collection 1971-2013, 'So Young' is listed twice, the 2nd being the 'Piano Version'.
On all the official releases & boots I have I've never seen it listed like this.
Is this a different take? Different mix? Instrumental?
Can anybody clarify or even post here?

Yes it's a different version with, as the title implies, more piano. It was released on I-tunes around the time of the Some Girls 2-Cd re-release. I think it was on the Japanese version initially...
