RS Fan Club Membership - Fans Outside USA - Info

This is Part Two of a previous post on this topic.
Given the vague answer from rollingstones.com Customer Services, I decided to re-submit my rephrased original questions to try to elicit a clearer response. Although my question relates to the UK their new answer makes it applicable to any RS fans outside the USA I think.

Hi Joe

Thanks for our response, however, it is a rather vague answer and I would
appreciate a clearer one.

1. Can International fans, who live outside the USA, use the Platinum
Membership currently on offer to obtain a authorisation code to be eligible
to buy presale tickets for future European shows (no yet announced)
by the band?

2. If this is not the case, when can fans outside of the USA apply to
the Fan Club for a Platinum Membership? Even if you cannot give a
specific date, something like "the end of May," etc. would be okay.

3. Similarly, does the Platinum Membership currently available only allow
fans to become Fan Club members and buy USA show presale tickets?

4. When will European dates be announced?

Best regards
David

Greetings,

Regardless of where you live, you can join the Fan Club. For more details about
this membership package, please visit the following link:

I don't have details yet about the European leg. We will notify members
throught the newsletter and on the site.

Hope that helps.

Katie

thanks David

I was disgusted that, even though I bought tickets for the arena and stadium shows in BOTH New York and LA last time, I wasnt allowed to join the fan club and try and get tickets for Roseland and the Wiltern - yet the 'international' fan club for the rest of the world part of the tour was open to everyone.

Good to see thats no longer the case.
