Ringo with his all-star band doing photograph. Is this a repeat?

STONES WIN!!!!!!!! Best historical!! For Charlie is my darling. Two way tie with The Complete Sussex And Columbia Albums!

Thanks Tatters! I hage to admit this, but Thicke was pretty good singing those CHicago hits. Chicago was my first favorite band, so they got me with this medley. But I bet half that audience didn't know who they were, and the other half probably too pretentious to have liked them.

I am tuning out this year. Zero interest. I'll be enjoying some choice belgian ales and either playing vintage videogames or watching the Stones in Hyde Park. I never gave it a fair shake...

Thicke was horrible. He kept singing banter over the melodies and he has that Christina Aguilera type wining. Plus he tried hogging the stage too much instead of sharing it. Lousy performance.

Beats the hell out of his last ever top 40 hit....

You know, I have this CD, Photograph The Very Best of Ringo, 20 tracks, and even by the time I've gotten to track 10 I find myself thinking, You know, there's really a lot of dreck on here!

Jeez Sicilian, lighten up. When else are you going to see an old band, relegated to the oldies circuit, at a big show today. I think Thicke s corny, and he tries too hard to be soulful, but its Chicago dammit!

Oops, didn't see this thread, had a comment where talk was about the show beforehand.
Meanwhile, I had to turn it off.

Ok Ringo with Paul. I thought it was prerecorded music because they showed Ringo and his drumming didn't match up to the snare roll in the song, later they showed the other drummer. Wonder if they had Ringo turned down like they used to do with Linda in concert.

Team Blake tonight is: Willie, Kris, and Merle. Would have preferred Keith joining in rather than Blake Shelton. Was funny seeing some of the crowd trying to get that country sway down. And what's with the bad mustaches tonight? Did you see Steven Tyler?

Yeah Niles and Stevie Wonder funking it up, pretty cool. Did Rodgers have anything to do with the original of this song?

Is it just me or did 3 out of the 5 songs up for song of the year some the same? Maybe it's an auto-tune thing. Not many comments coming in so I guess everyone turned it off after Paul and Ringo.

God I'm so sick of this Metallica song.

Lou Reed deserved a better tribute. This was a good opportunity for Bowie to make an appearance. I kind of get the Metallica showing because of their collaboration but I was expecting something better when it first came on.

If only Mick Jagger could look as cool TODAY as Steven Tyler. That is where he lost an edge.

Thicke is a dick. Chicago's music is known by everybody. They are quite capable of holding their own. What they should have done was had Peter Cetera and Danny Seraphine as guests.
