I tried a few times in the very first seconds of the presale and I always got B9, B10, B7, C4, ... No A1 or A2. I think they're reservated for the VIP-packages.
I ended up in the middle of B9 and I'm pretty confident with it!
Still havent got an Auckland ticket yet presale was all on left side. A1 A2 looks all tied up with package deals for 990 no presales on the right hand side front areas. package sales are slow still get 3 rows out B9 sometime, they will release A1, A2 as general tickets at some stage will dip in for Monday ,got Adelaide Sydney which talk hours to find anything .Roll on Monday for another hit and miss session.
Quote exil The same thing with me ended with row k b9,happy with that.At the same time fiend of mine got me anther ticket row p b9 so have spear one.
I ended up with a pretty average seat in B10 from the looks of my ticket, not even on the field. Ticketmaster were having site issues and just bought what came up. Wouldn't be interested in a trade with a fellow iorrian for your spare ticket would ya? I've tried emailing ticketmaster and asking for an exchange since it was their fault, was getting better seats when the site wasn't working properly but they won't give me an exchange. Would be awesome if I could get onto the field!

Managed to pull up section B2 Row AA for friends who weren't able to get theirs online today. Feeling very pleased for them. I'm doing this one cheaper as I'm going to go to Hanging Rock as well.
Got in B1 row C best i could find unless i dropped $990 for A1 or A2 which at this stage are all tied up with the package deals ,They are not selling many and if you wait long enough they will release some as $400 ones eventually ??
In the presale I pulled up lots of good VIP packages, but most weren't suitable for my requirements, so I rejected them until a good enough one came up. For the general sale I went and queued from 5am at Ticketmaster and scored Front Row, right in front of Keith via another package. Old school queing is often the best, as you have more control over what tickets you want. Im still after a Hanging Rock ticket and Sydney Pit....
