Taylor vocals on GHS

He is credited with vocals on this album. Mick said at the time that MT was singing on the album."he's weak but he's there" or similar.....

Anybody discern which tracks he's on? CYHTM? 100YA?

Speaking of the latter track - it deserves its own thread.

Mick's singing (recent) is better than I thought it would be. It's emotive esp on "Morning Comes" and "Here Comes The Rain" and "Blind Willie McTell" from Stones Throw.
Keith's singing nowadays is better suited for quiet soul/ lounge jazz. He just sounds like my grandfather....which is kind of comforting....I guess. His best was "Waitin on a Call".
Ron Wood sounds very raspy rock n roll.

Mick Taylor is completely without voice - have you listen to the albums at all..... doesn't seemed likely or you must have vax in your ears - need an earcleaner......

Mickboy thinks Taylor does the background vox on the _single_ version of Sway. Haven't listened to the vocals carefully enough to notice.

There are also Taylor vox on IORR: S&C and Till the Next Goodbye.

Strange thing is that I've heard Taylor harmonize on YCAGWYW (~1995), and he sounded like he was singing in Keith's back up vocals range (that is, a little high). (No pun intended. Really.)

Smokey,

You mean Taylor does YCAGWYW in his some solo shows?
Which 1995 show?

Off by one or two years (if you count the official version, which I've not heard). I know Mick did the backing vocals because I've seen a video, but I don't recall which show it was (prob. "French TV", but my poor recollection is of a piazza, not the Louvre).

960600A mid-1996: LIGABUE. French TV ( ) ‘Yes For Europe’, Paris, outside of Louvre
- You Can’t Always Get What You Want (MJ/KR) -Susan Taylor on backing vocals
- Vivo Morto O X (Luciano Ligabue)
Line-up: MT (gtr, bvoc)/Luciano Ligabue (voc, gtr)/Mel Previte (gtr)/Federico
Capitan Fede Poggipollini (gtr)/Rigo Righetti (bass)/Robby Sanchez (dr)

960720A 20th July: LIGABUE. Montreux, Switzerland, 'Jazzfestival'
- You Can't Always Get What You Want (MJ/KR) -Susan Taylor on backing vocals
- Vivo Morto O X (Luciano Ligabue)
- Hai Un Momento, Dio? (Luciano Ligabue)
- You Gotta Move (Fred McDowell/Rev. Gary Davis)
Line-up: MT (gtr)/Luciano Ligabue (voc, gtr)/Mel Previte (gtr)/Federico Capitan
Fede Poggipollini (gtr)/Rigo Righetti (bass)/Robby Sanchez (dr)

960722A 22nd July: Cesena, Italy, La Rocca Malatestiana

Blues-Tore Down-Laundromat Blues/You Gotta Move/You Can’t Always Get What You Want)
Note: With special guest Luciano Ligabue (voc) on 'You Gotta Move' and 'You Can't Always Get What You Want'.
Probably appears on "Listen to this Ronnie".

970523A 23rd May : LIGABUE.
