25 X 5

Does anyone have a good copy of this on DVD they could send me? This sounds kind of weird, but I'm young and my dad has a copy of this on VHS and I grew up watching it. Now since DVD's have sort of taken over, I'd like to have it on DVD as well. I'm also trying to build up a collection of Stones DVD's, does anyone know where I could find a good show from the '81 tour?

Hampton '81 is great - I would burn you a copy but I don't have a DVD burner.
But if you are from Europe - Jean Pascal from www.rockpassion.com sells (and also trades) loads of DVDs for really fair prices.
Alternatively, you could post your request in the Buy/Sell/Trade section - perhaps you are lucky and someone makes you a copy for free.

25 X 5 is kicking around as a dvd boot transfer
but i don't have one, only on VHS which
might still show up at some music
collectable shows, but probably
for more $. Good luck!

25X5 has never officially been released on DVD (at least not in N.America). Does anyone have any info as to if/when it will be released?

get your hands on the brilliant "let it bleed" documentary shown on French & German TV (Arte) in July 2002 to mark the band's 40th anniversary.

Its basically an updated version of "25 x 5" but blows it out of the water. There are promo copies circulating that are in English and missing a lot of the overdubbed French/German commentary
