Does anyone know if the album Dr. John submitted to the Stones, "The Pornographic Blues," has ever been leaked. If so where can I find it? thanks.

Also had the good luck to see the doc in New Orleans at Mardi Gras. Was in 2006, just after Katrina and he played the House of Blues.

Mac is playing a free show in Boston this Friday night with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. It's part of a WGBH sponsored event with music all weekend in Copley Square. A great opp for anyone in the area who hasn't had a chance to experience the good doctor live.

Good show at the Birchmere in Virginia. He played for 90 minutes (counting the band presentation when each member does a solo). I didn't like the guitar player although technically he was good, his style & tone "70's rock" didn't work on me. Dr. John played his piano, keyboard a lot and that was the best part of the show.
Rock and roll,
Mops
