Another live album with another overdubbed version of JJF, that's what.

How are The Stones spending their time off ?

My guess is that Mick and Charlie will be at Lords to watch the cricket on a day or two.
England v Australia for the Ashes is the big one for cricket fans.
Keith is probably spending some time with Marlon and the rest of his family who are over here.
Ronnie will be seen out and about in London town or on holiday with the missus and his celebrity friends.
Anyway, they all deserve some leisure time before gearing up for the European Tour. winking smiley

...chances are they are not sitting in bumper to bumper traffic in a car with no air conditioning in 100 degree heat to get to a job sitting at a desk all day with nothing to do with jackhammering going on outside the window.

there is swimming going on. or lounging poolside. one would imagine. with cold drinks.

The woman in front of me at HP1 was a former policewoman who had been on duty at Lords one day when Mick showed up, she was dumbstruck and unable to speak to him at all.

It made me laugh that the cops are now among their biggest fans!

Busily engaged in reading each and every thread in the IORR forum - learning, understanding, considering. Preparing for the bands next closed doors seminar about "The RS 50&counting 2nd leg in light of recent lessons learned from reading the IORR forum" (1st seat - "SMU opening - an input by an artist or an old mans sloppy screwup?". 2nd seat - historic perspective of the MT contribution - from 1 number, up to 4 than back down to 1.5 songs per gig - a case study").

cmon stones dig into the vaults and let some gems out for us fans please .(hampton dvd, LA 75 dvd ,glasto and hyde park 2013 dvd and cd)

Re: Now what?

I should think there has to be a Glasto and/or HP DVD release.

We can't know exactly what was negotiated for Glastonbury but I'd be suprised if it didn't include the recording/video rights should they wish to release it.

The fact that the Glasto show has been so well received in all circles can only make a release more likely.

A double disc Glasto & HP might be a viable product ...or maybe a repeat of the 4 disc format to include the whole "50 and counting" so far.

The fly in the ointment is that we wouldn't normally expect these releases until a tour is over...and this one's still very open ended.

Perhaps there'd be room for a Glasto / Hyde park "Stones in the English Summer ;^)" release in the mean time ?

Now what - 3 more months to save Money for conserts in October and November, not too much time, but a consert in Berlin, Hamburg and Paris would be fine with me - can't come soon enough. Looking forward to see our Guys on the road again inclusive MT.
