You idiots continue to prove that you are on average 75 yo old and have no connection to modern music. In the 1990's Dave combined a little jazz, pop, and guitar to make great music. Have any of you listned to Under the Table? or Crash? There is a reason the guy bridged the gap and is invited to play with Neil Young every year. Oh by the way he supports Bridge school to, a school for disadvantaged kids. now go ahead and bash him.

OK, I will. DMB suck.

I would prefer none, and if we have to have one I would prefer Peter Wolf. Matthews is in Hartford that week, and then goes to the Comcast center. I bet it is him.

Must say, I am really starting to get a complex here, as this is the 2nd topic that I've brought up in the last week that no one noticed until someone else brought it!!!

I'm guessing Dave Matthews. He's playing Mass. the same week and on different nights...

Never mind Beiber - the way it's going, maybe the New Kids on the Block - they're from Boston!!

I cannot believe he ever MADE it BIG! He is, as some folks have already said, extremely DULL, with a droning, irritating voice and his songs SUCK too! So, US AMERICANS have discerning taste and he is NOT appealing to mainstream America. He sounds like a juvenile whose voice is changing!!

The only thing he ever did that I liked was The Space Between.

Before I saw DMB open for The Stones in El Paso, I could take them or leave them, but they put on a great performance that night. Played for 1hr20 or 1hr40, I don't remember. Made a fan out of me for the live shows.

Peter Wolf as guest?

Might be good--seems to get a long with Mick and Keith and his recent albums are solid.

The only reason I would vote against Peter Wolf guesting is because I couldn't be there and might die of jealousy.

Whammer Jammer lemme hear ya... Mickey!

Still has it...

.....only if he brings Magic Dick with him.

He would be great. Only problem is he makes Jagger look old, and from a person that is also old. Sure, Mick looks old next to someone like Taylor Swift. However, when he's up there with one of his contemporaries and they are "out-Jaggering" him, seems less likely they'd bring him along.

However, Peter Wolf is excellent (no Mick Jagger, but still great) and he definitely still has it. His presence would definitely be welcome with the Stones and he'd probably kill whatever song he guests on.

Having had the extremely good fortune to see Peter Wolf perform at least a half-dozen times over the last 2 years, I would say he would be a fantastic guest for the Stones ! I could easily picture Mick and Wolf duetting on 'Mercy Mercy", 'The Spider & The Fly", 'Rocks Off" or even 'You Got Me Rocking"-- think it would be tops !

would be great. got his solo cds, and saw the j geils band perform in Rotterdam in 1982 as support band.

Peter is a great performer, would be nice.

on the other hand, Mick might find that a bit dangerous, and not good for his ego,. another great performer standing near him, would be too challenging.

Well maybe Mick, you got the balls to take this challenge.
