AEG just emailed me to offer a bundle of these three gigs at a "bargain" price

GA for Stones and Bon Jovi, Reserved Seating for the Who

Clever marketing or getting desperate ?

As to July 6th:
Where are the Stones tickets of that type of ticket package situated? Is it a socalled section D4 for the Stones part? It is complicated enough for me to obtain a perspective of the tiers 1, 2 and 3.
There was for instance an illustration in a post from beepee2, dated April 11th, 1202
[www.iorr.org]

Also tiers 1 and 2 are available at - I must correct - 399 and 299 £ for a single Stones ticket, apparently.

I myself will have ticket to tier 3 for July 13th, not yet received, but am staying in London already from July 4th with some hidden motives.spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

The Tier 1 and 2 tickets still available at the BST website have the Barclaycard Unwind bar included - not sure how useful that will be but this remains a much cheaper way of getting a Tier 1 ticket than the likes of Get Me In and StubHub where some optimistic souls are charging £5k for the same thing!

I knew it! This is unbelievable. Yet again tickets go on sale for the Stones long after it was announced the gig was sold out. I think they are getting desperate. I'm tempted but I already have a ticket for The Who so £199 is still too high.

On the day the ticket prices will fall, believe me.

Does anyone know what is meant by General Admission in this connection?
I'd rather spend £ 199 on a ticket that might permit me to enter tier 3 than £ 399 to tier 1. In such a case I would certainly not see Bon Jovi and probably / possibly not the Who.

However, are the specified sections D2, D4 and D3 anything else than Tier 1? Please tell me if there is someone who happens to know!

A closer reading than during the most hectic working hours, reveals that the Stones ticket in the combined packet with the Who and Bon Jovi is
"a GA Tier 3 ticket for the Rolling Stones on 6th of July".

But I who later will receive a GA Tier 3 ticket for July 13th, have been given the expression that the Tier 3 tickets were not sectionized. Meaning early arrival will mean the possiblity of a better place. Now I am puzzled. Nobody that will share their better understanding?

Or do the sectionized tickets all refer to the reserved tickets for the Who? Consequently, that the Stones part of the packet is a regular Tier 3 ticket???

Seems pretty clear to me : GA for BJ, GA3 for the Stones and D3/D2/D4/E3 for The Who.
