Don't think.
But I already found a way to hide my rather small digital camera in my shorts...:-) Don't think they'll search there.

At the SARS Concert in Toronto, we brought in a digital camera built into a set of binoculars. Worked beautifully and no one knew.

At the MSG show that is part of Four Flicks, the roadies were setting up the B-stage. I asked the security if I could "hypothetically" take some pics of Ronnie and Keiths guitars.....he said "go ahead, you can have cameras as long as they are not vidcams/digital vidcams". I felt like such a dick because I left my digital at home on purpose and brought one of those throwaways.

3rd row, B-stage. I would have had awsome pics.

Bring your digital. Have a great time.

Officially, no

but generally in London theatres, security wouldnt be very tight so you should get it in OK

The security at Astoria was very thorough and heavy handed but as thats a music venue and it was a pretty exclusive Stones show, I'd imagine things would be different at Drury Lane - which is also primarily NOT a venue normally used for rock concerts

Only camera? I bring my 8-track recording machine and two microphones. Two tracks will directly record the soundboard stereo sound (thats normally no problem, they just plug you in), one mike will be placed in front of Ronnies amp and one will record the moans of that girl in front of me - for some real live atmosphere.

Or better still get Ronnie and the Fiends to go round to your house and record a gig there?.....
