Oakland $85 Ticket Question
Posted by: cliffdiver ()
Date: May 5, 2013 20:53

Need some help here. My girlfriend bought 2 $85's under HER credit card. Shes is not going but I am going with her mom. She put my name under the tickets as well and I called the box office last week and the guy said yeah no problem. But I know better than that. Now I called TM and they say I need to bring her credit card and my id but they aren't sure if I can get in. I have a feeling I am going to get screwed. Anyone care to put my mind at ease?

I have done this with someones elses credit card in the past and it was no problem. They just asked for the credit card no ID. Maybe have the mother carry her daugthers ID and the credit card just for a back up.

If it ends up like LA. They won't even check the credit card.

I bet you slide the IDs through, they check the name and you both are in. Good luck scoring good seats.

Cliffdiver,

I'm in a similar situation for Anaheim. The tix are in my wife's name and my son and I are going.

Anaheim box office said fine as long as I have the credit card and ID, but I can't get a straight answer from Ticketmaster (typical).

Please post what happens.

Thanks

may the good Lord shine a light on you
