B2B at Panther Stadium(aka Bank of America Stadium) Charlotte, NC...to date it has been the only time a concert was played there AND it was the Stones that played.

The was Mick worked the stage during the rape eneactment during Midnight Rambler at MSG on June 25, 1975....humping the stage, using his belt to spank the stage and the lighting...totally incredible.

Mick "coked up" in June 1972, MSG during Brown Sugar.

coke and speed and sometimes heroin. In their blood not mine. The aggressions! That used to be their role in rock.

Lots of things can interfere and make a concert better than aonther one.

Of course the band, their mood and shape, but also things like the venue, the weather, the place where you stand or seat, and the people surrounding you (friends, girlfriend, other fans)

This is particullarily true for open air shows IMO
