If I ever saw Mick in public, I wouldnt ask for an autograph, ask him to talk or even try to take/ask for a picture... I would just smile and say... "Hi Mick!" and hopefully he would say hi back and/or grin that Happy Mick grin... and thats all.

Just like the time Johnny Cash and I did that exchange... except I said "Hi Johnny Cash" and Johnny said "Hello Son" back to me....and that was all.... That was back in 1986, after the statue of Liberty festival in NYC.

Mick was an early adopter, broadcasting cricket matches, etc, a long time ago. I am sure he whiles away many a long winter evening with a brandy and his laptop.
