This would be such a HOT SHOW!!!

01- Time is on my side
02- 19th Nervous Breakdown
03- Shattered
04- Mixed Emotions
05- She's So Cold
06- If you really want to be my friend
07- Worried Bout You
08- Gimme Shelter
09- Doom & Gloom
10- Time Waits for No one
11- Dance Little Sister
12- Dear Doctor
13- Honky TOnk Women
14- Slipping Away
15- Before They Make me Run
16- Midnight Rambler
17- Streert Fighting Man
18- Silver Train
19- Start me Up
20- Let it Loose
21- Just my Imagination
22- Brown Sugar
Encores
23- You Can't always get...
24- JJF

That is indeed a good setlist. And it makes sense - as in nowadays.
except "let it Loose". LIL is one of my favorite Stonescuts, and that is the reason I campaign against it getting the treatment it would get today.

Do an entire concert with the Exile and Some Girls bonus tracks and grow your legacy!

JumpingJack - Just exactly how would doing the above grow their legacy?

I do hope there might be some consideration to the following, regarding live arrangements of some of the WarHorses:

Jumpin' Jack Flash - My all-time favorite Stones song but I've always been curious as to why it has never been performed in the original arrangement with the longer guitar intro, rather than launching right into the main riff & speeding through the song? It's such a classic in the original version. Nothing wrong with the way it's been performed, although it should be slowed down a tad, as it seemed to be on last years brief tour, but I do think the fans would be thrilled to hear it the way God intended!

It's Only Rock & Roll - Again, why treat it like some Chuck Berry tune when the original arrangement is what made it a hit? Obviously it can be done, as proven by Mick's SNL appearance w/Foo Fighters. Now, more than ever, with MT back in tow, Ronnie could open it with his acoustic guitar as on the original recording!

Sympathy For The Devil - Now this one may get touchy with some. Personally, I think it works better live when done per the Ya Ya's arrangement. If doing it like the original version, however, I do think it would work better to spring for a conga player rather than using a prerecorded percussion track. Also, why during the last couple of tours has that verse that begins "I watched with glee..." been omitted? Those lyrics are classic. Anyway, food for thought. Thanks!

The rock historians that will ultimately decide the greatest rock 'n roll band of all time will never give the title to the Stones if they continue on their present course. Doing an entire show of rarities signals a change in direction - a small step towards becoming "artists" again. Of course it would need to be followed by a trip to the studio and the recording of a new album.

The Stones have conquered the stage, now it's time to become serious song writers again. On the other hand, if they are satisfied with being recognized as the greatest LIVE rock 'n roll band of all time then they should continue doing exactly as they are doing. However, if they want to overhaul the Beatles they are going to need to focus the rest of their career on song writing.

Mick should address the audience as soon as he appears on stage and ask them if they would rather hear some rarities or the warhorses! Let the audience decide. And then be prepared to deliver whatever the audience decides upon.

A great track list, Sicilian! But I´ve got a few suggestions too:

We Love You (can imagine it would be great in Hyde Park)

Shattered

You Got The Silver (love this song)

Little T&A/Infamy/This Place Is Empty/You Don´t Have To Mean It/How Can I Stop (doesn´t matter wchich of these Keef-songs, they are all great)

As Tears Go By (heard it in Vienna in 2007 and it was great, would be great to hear it again, because of the history of being the first Jagger/Richards Song)

She´s So Hot

Salt Of The Earth

Connection

Let It Bleed

In Another Land (with Bill Wyman, if he´d be there in Hyde Park, I hope so)

Love In Vain (with Mick Taylor it would be better than great!)

It would be really great if Mick would choose one of the songs suggested from the fans. And it would be really great to hear one of them in Hyde Park on the 13th of July! I´m looking forward to this date and I can hardly wait to see them live again!

Here's my suggestion for a semi-obscure soul cover that I think they could do well with:

And Mick, if you want to thank me for the suggestion, I'd be more than happy to accept tickets for one of the LA-area shows. Could be my only way in this time.

That's How Strong My Love Is (was great on the 2003 European tour (did they also play it in the US in 2002?))

2,000 Light Years From Home (with light show, was great on the 1989 Steel Wheels tour)
