Stones songs with slide guitar
Posted by: yorkey ()

I just want to make a quick collection of all the Stones songs that feature slide guitar, preferably between '62 and '72. I'm probably missing a whole lot of 'em, but here's my list so far:

I Can't Be Satisfied
No Expectations
Parachute Woman
Jigsaw Puzzle
Let It Bleed
Monkey Man
You Gotta Move
Happy
Ventilator Blues

What am I missing?

You got the Sun, You got the Moon,
and you've got
The Rolling Stones

"Exile has slide on each and every track"

Really? To me "slide" means bottleneck. Not just sliding up and down on chords during the course of a song. Songs like sweet Virginia, tumbling dice, happy, loving cup etc etc aren't "slide" songs as I would see it

All the lead parts in Happy are done with a slide.
