Michael Kohlhaas - My wild times with Keith Richards

Does anyone out there remember this movie from 1968 or 69 ??? Anita Pallenberg was in it, and I could swear Keith had a brief cameo in as well---
I tried to see if it was available anywhere but no luck, so I am running on decades-old recollections-----anyone else remember this ?

This movie? No, never saw it. Could only locate part 1 of 4, though subtitles would help for the clip below. Where in the movie was Keith? Keith probably got a small part as a result of hanging around the set keeping a watchful eye over Anita. Otherwise, I couldn't imagine what Keith's interest in this movie would be.

Keith is listed in the credits, all the way down on the bottom. There is also a picture of him and Anita on the set, I think it can be found on the Anita Pallenberg multiply site.

It is never discussed but very interesting why Mick and Keith chose which films at the very same time. Ned Kelly and Michael Kohlhaas are very related in many ways.
Both directors Tony Richardson and Volker Schlöndorff are regarded as left-wing film-makers. In the wake of "1968" both picked historical characters as their subject.
Kelly and Kohlhaas/Kohlhase (actually) were victims of injustice by the "authorities" and are outlawed (they are not outlaws by their choice). They want to make their cause/case public but are hindered by the ame authorities that later sentence them to death.
Even in that you can see a similarity. Of course, the death penalty is the regular sentence for murder at their times. But in both cases the authorities didn't show any mercy though they could have done easily.
There were differences in practice. Even though there was a death penalty in Victoria (Australia not yet existing) at the time it was hardly practised, delinquents got the sentence but remained in prison for life.
In 16th century Germany there were different forms of executions (prisons in a modern sense didn't exist). While author Heinrich von Kleist tells of Kohlhaas being decaptivated by the sword (regarded as a "humane" method = fast and without pain) the historical Kohlhaas was rather tortured to death on the wheel.

Thanks JJackFL and bv for directing me to that site!
I would've missed the Rolling Stones' 1968 Asian Tour otherwise - charmed I'm sure! :E

The Anita Pallenberg site on Multiply is closed. Does anyone know if it migrated somewhere else?
