Stage lips disappear

Well, i have seen Prudential video several times and i still wonder how the lips disappear of the stage ( I think it´s during gimme shelter). They seem to be some kind of steel structural so it would be difficult to remove. Any solution to this...?

think they were deflated - and they removed the material

they are inflatable. just before gimme shelter they were deflated and then lifted up to the ceiling. however at the second london show they got stuck and so they did gs with loose deflated lips hanging over the stage. also, at the first london show they had inflatable teeth but in later shows they just used videi screen teeth.

Yeah I remember them getting stuck at the second London show.
Also, notice how the set of lights with the curtain attached above the stage are raised before / during Midnight Rambler.
