On 96fm, Perth's better radio station.

To me, out the radio on the office floor, it's a CLASSIC Stones rocker.

That riff is goooood....

Not around here ... Connecticut did play "Rough Justice" back in '05 but never heard the new one.

I am just in BC Canada to board sunpeaksresort for more than four weeks and as always the Stones get less airplay then Led Zep. I did hear Doom and Gloom as well as One More Shot here and then, but much more of Led Zep.

My local Classic Rock FM played it a bit initially. I'm guessing the program director was looking to curry somebody's favor. They played it at the hockey game the other night.

In Greece, rock stations play both Doom and Gloom and One more shot which -the latter - sounds better in the radio. I heard it in the car and it's Stones sound recognizable at once!

Kirk wrote: "In Greece, rock stations play both Doom and Gloom and One more shot"

Correct. But i think they play D&G much more often than OMS. In addition, on Saturday a popular television programme about sports utilized D&G as "soundtrack", while a Top-20 of the best goals (i'm talking about soccer) of the week, worldwide, was on. Pictures full of energy, sound full of energy too… Well- matched!

PS: Kirk, i’m newcomer on the board. How many Greeks are here? Just curious..

When I first read it thought it said Hermitage Rock, (museum rock?), which when you think about it, is probably the same thing as really old people rock.

What are the odds Hollywood'll do a movie about a plane crashing into a Louisiana swamp where the survivors are attacked by a horde of zombies?!

Actually, probably pretty good...thumbs up

The only song in the heavy rotation in Canada will be "O Canada" before Hockey games.

Gday Paul! Great to see someone else here from Perth! Yeah, would love to see 'em, here. Though anywhere downunder is close enough for me. Enmore in Sydney in 2003 and Bigger Bang in Sydney in 2007 (?) were my last shows...
