Thanks! Yes, this is a fun thread for sure. I just checked the PBS website. It looks like they remastered the footage. However, the DVD version I have is dubbed off of VHS--which means 5/8-inch-tape rich thick audio, which is perfect for BOSE headphones coming through my DVD player. I'll have to dig that out again, next beer night.
I have that Checkerboard on disc but not dvd, was tempted to buy it but I didn't.
Bose is the best btw...
I'd like to buy you a beer someday my brother...
Thanks to Marko and Gazza I have real great Stones collection myself...
