Yes, I also wonder why security was tighter. Maybe it was something to do with those people who had not got a wristband on entry on Sunday and had to go back for one. Perhaps extra people had slipped in that way and that was why the pit seemed more crowded the first night. I myself didn't get much of an impression from my spot as to whether it was more crowded or not.

Security said they were escorting us down the stairs for the ubiquitous "health and safety" reasons. Could be someone had had an accident running down there the other night. Who knows...

The wristbands were green and glowed yellow in the dark!

Yes something must have happened on Sunday...Anyway that pit design turned out to be a great idea, for the lucky few who made it inside of course, but also for the visuals and atmosphere, with the Stones who went there looking like they were floating on the crowd.

As for the bracelet I kept my pink one for a couple of days and then it just came off on it's own when I was fidgetting with it so I didn't have to cut it ;-)

Looking forward to some more "pit action" in the future !

There was a marvellous big screen close up of Matt Lee right at the end on Satisfaction I believe. He looked like a kid on Christmas morning.

I looked for that but I'm afraid I don't have any more, do you have more of the pit people yourself? Still hoping I can see a bit more of myself than my arm and nose in one ;-)

From that angle, it looks like people were up behind the stage, where did those tickets come from ? I never saw behind the stage seats for sale. Christ knows what they saw from there.

Yeah I think that's the so-called "Sky Lodge" (Sky Bar ?) or something like that sections 114 and 118, I'm not sure they were available to the general public but maybe for guests/families only. There were some tickets available for sale on Stubhub in these sections at the last minute on the 29th.

Yes! One of those blurry blobs about 4 rows back is definitely me (though I can't tell which one). Thanks very much.

Sure, I've put the full res picture here [img1.imagilive.com] but it's not really any better, it was taken with my iPhone 4S with no stabilization and an active pit so no miracle I'm afraid.

Don't worry - I'm happy just to see the atmosphere of that shot. I already know what I look like...

Right ;-) And yes it looked like a riot in there didn't it!
