There is nothing funny about multuple personality disorder. In children, "imaginary friends" are not necessarily indicative of deeper problems. In adults, it is often indicative of mental instability. In most male cases, they create different personalities to suppress sexual orientation issues; usually accompanied by vastly undersized sexual organs.

As a doctor, I have been exposed to similar cases; there is seldom a cure. Ridicule is not helpful. Be kind, and have pity.

Were you a doctor you would also know that a diagnosis based solely on material from a chat forum on the internet is somewhat questionable.

I don't know, but he did say he's been exposed to undersized sexual organs.
