I got tickets for the second show. also got them from Eventim in the facebook pre-sale. asked them on twitter about when they'll be sent, they told me that they are now are getting prepared for dispatch and they'll be sent out end of this week/beginning of the next week. i still have in process on my account....

Just received my tickets here in Brazil. I got mine from Ticketmaster.

Thanks, you have to wonder why they're leaving this to the last minute like this, what's the point ?!

I contacted eventim.uk for the second time now regarding tickets for the show on the 29th. The only thing they will say is that the tickets have not yet been released by the promoter. Still "in process" for me too. It is VERY annoying, especially as we are not all from the UK and will have to wait a bit for delivery...

I agree! it's very annoying. i go to a lot of concerts here in holland and mostly you get your ticket right away, and always e-ticket so you can print it out for yourself. with concerts in the uk, it's always the same. tickets arrive pretty close to the date.

Update: they are now dispatched, at least that's what someone from eventim told me on twitter. it's also on their dispatch page now. and i looked on my account it said ''prepared for dispatch'' now! so i guess i'll get an email soon.

Eventim "delivery notification" email arrived today. Tix have been sent (dispatched) by standard mail.

Given the choice I usually go for seetickets for this reason - they're pretty efficient, whereas Ticketmaster specialise in last-minute dramas.

Got mine on Monday, too. On Friday I had a card through the door saying there was something I had to collect from the delivery office because it needed a signature. My brain flashed TICKET TICKET TICKET in bright neon, and on Saturday morning I rushed down to the office and signed for - a big square parcel. Something else entirely that I'd ordered from a catalogue. Then Monday the ticket did arrive, no signature or anything, just ordinary post.

As a side note, does anyone know what happens if a ticket never shows up, can't normally happen with DHL but in the UK they were just over standard mail so...do they cancel them (I assume they are scanned so that should be possible) and you get a new one at will call?

Anybody from Denmark or other Scandinavian contries still waiting ?

I wondered exactly the same thing. There's some strange laws in the UK about the postal service and who's responsible. Presumably it wouldn't be covered by the post office and I bet you'd have to go through hell to get a replacement from promoter.

I lost two Cambridge folk festival tickets this year because the post office sent them to the wrong sorting office. Could I get my money back from anyone? No. The promoter washed their hands and said we had to claim from post office. Post office eventually delivered tickets two days after the festival finished so claimed they had fulfilled their legal duty ans refused to pay. That was a lot of money down the drain.

It's happened to me twice with Ticketmaster, and in both instances, it was because I was travelling prior to the show. I called them, and they reprinted the tickets and left them at the box office for pickup. I had to show an I'd and the credit card I used to purchase the tickets. I was told that they simply cancel the bar codes on the tickets and issue new ones.

Also got an email from Eventim with a DHL tracking number! hope it arrives this week! (I think it will!)

I just got my tickets! that was pretty fast! I have pit tickets, it has a row and a seat but that's normal right? but does everyone with a pit ticket has the same entrance too? entrance B mine says.

I also obstructed the Seat numbers, but it's ok and entrance B as well.

Got my tix via my credit card's US mailing address. I swear I indicated a different shipping address, but maybe not. Oh well, all's well that ends well.
