Who nows when these tickets will be sent out??

It's a little over 2 weeks before the first O2 show and WANT MY TICKET!!! I've heard nothing from the Eventim people since I bought it.

Thoughts?

Same. Here's their official line. Seems we can expect a 'shipping email' sometime. Then get in touch if it hasn't come by next week?

I'm travelling from Spain several days before the Nov 25 show.
Little worried about it.


Well , the news is that today, according to my order details in Ticketmaster...
"TICKETS ARE BEING PROCESSED".

Yesterday, the statement was "NOT YET DISPATCHED"

Some people have them in hand already, so they have started sending them out.

In general, ticketmaster is pretty good at handling problems with deliveries of hard tickets. You need to get them on the phone, but they can issue new tickets to be held at the venue and void the bar code on the original tickets.

I´m from Finland and I contacted Eventim yesterday. According to them the tickets will arrive "no later than 5 days before the event. If not contact us immediately".

i've received mail today from Ticketmaster:

What if the original tickets are 'found' all of a sudden and then sold. The phone caller has now got another set of tickets when he picks them up from the venue to sell. I'm probably missing something here and it is all covered for fraud etc. by ticketmaster. They obviously have address and payment details of phone caller.
