It was also confirmed in the Daily Mail yesterday so that's two papers and the Mail have a very good record of accuracy with Stones stories. So I take it as true and wish them both health and happiness. The Mail article made it clear that she is a quiet, independent and private person who isn't going to live out the relationship via Twitter. Sorry, I'd post a link but I really have to start work now!
